Job Summary

The PLM Functional Technical Specialist plays a crucial role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering product and sustenance solutions. This position is essential in ensuring that projects meet defined scopes and adhere to industry standards, ultimately enhancing the quality and effectiveness of the organization's offerings. The specialist is expected to leverage advanced expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to guide teams and deliver solutions that align with client requirements and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect And Develop Plm Solutions By Leading Team Efforts In Designing And Implementing Systems That Support Product/Project And Sustenance Delivery.
2. Provide Expert Support As A Subject Matter Expert (Sme), Offering Insights And Guidance On Plm Best Practices And Methodologies.
3. Ensure Knowledge Enhancement By Researching And Adopting Emerging Technologies, Ensuring Solutions Remain Current And Adhere To Quality Standards And Client Expectations.
4. Train And Mentor Team Members To Build A Skilled Workforce Proficient In Plm Technologies, Thereby Addressing Resource Gaps And Minimizing Delivery Risks.
5. Gather And Analyze Client Specifications To Deliver Tailored Plm Solutions, Demonstrating A Strong Understanding Of Relevant Domains And Technologies.
6. Review And Assess Project Deliverables, Ensuring Compliance With Established Standards And Client Requirements.
7. Recommend And Implement Value Creation Initiatives For Clients, Applying Industry Best Practices In Plm To Drive Business Improvements And Efficiencies.

Skill Requirements

1. Advanced Proficiency In Plm Functional Methodologies And Tools.
2. Strong Understanding Of Product Lifecycle Management Processes And Systems.
3. Familiarity With Project Management And Delivery Frameworks.
4. Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills.
5. Proven Ability To Train And Develop Team Members In Technical Aspects Of Plm.

Other Requirements

1. Certification In Product Lifecycle Management (Plm) Is Optional But Valuable.
