We are currently looking for an ambitious and high-performing Functional Consultant to join our PLM team in Group IT. While we are focusing on finding a colleague in Szczecin, you can work remotely from another location in Poland. The PLM team is a hybrid team, with colleagues working from our Ukrainian office in Kyiv.

In your role, you’ll work closely with business users, IT teams, and developers to translate business needs into functional solutions in the Aras Innovator platform. You’ll support ongoing development, configuration, and user adoption of Aras PLM across key areas such as product structure, document management, and change control.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owner and Development team to gather and refine PLM-related user stories and functional requirements to support technical implementation.

• Map user stories to Functional Requirements and ensure alignment with business process documentation.

• Assist in authoring test scripts and test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation activities to ensure system functionality meets business expectations.

• Analyze existing workflows and propose system improvements

• Configure Aras Innovator to align with business processes (lifecycle, workflows, permissions, etc.)

• Troubleshoot functional issues and work with technical teams on resolution

• Support regular system updates and rollout of new features/modules

Requirements:

· 2–4 years of experience working with Aras Innovator or other PLM systems in a functional or business analyst role

· Good understanding of core PLM concepts (e.g. Parts, BOMs, ECOs, CAD data management).

· Experience with Aras configuration (e.g., workflows, forms, permissions, data modeling)

· Knowledge of C# and SQL

· Experience in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office

· Knowledge of Scrum / Agile practices

· Ability to collect and document requirements and translate them into system functionality

· Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills

· Proficiency in written and spoken English

· Passion for continuous learning and improvement.
