As a PLM Engineer, you will help guide the digital transformation of our product development processes. You will implement, maintain, and optimize our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems to ensure seamless collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams. Your work will directly affect how we manage product data, improve workflows, and accelerate innovation from concept to market.

You will collaborate with partners to understand our requirements, configure PLM solutions, and support system integrations. We ask that you have a understanding of engineering processes, data governance, and change management, along with hands-on experience in PLM platforms.

About the Job

  • Support end-to-end PLM implementation activities including system setup, configuration, and customization.

  • Help integrate PLM solutions into other enterprise systems within the LS&Co ecosystem.

  • Maintain data integrity and consistency across PLM and connected systems.

  • Help develop and refining workflows, templates, and report to refine product development processes.

  • Participate in continuous improvement programmes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs across codebase management.

  • Provide technical support during go-live and post-deployment phases.

  • Work with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools to ensure system interoperability.

  • Troubleshoot PLM system issues and help with performance optimization.

About You

FlexPLM Expertise:

  • Understanding of FlexPLM modules (e.g., Line Planning, Tech Pack, Colour & Material Management).

  • Experience with FlexPLM configuration, customization, and upgrades.

PLM & Retail Domain Knowledge:

  • Strong grasp of product lifecycle processes in retail or fashion industries.

  • Familiarity with design-to-delivery workflows, BOMs, and vendor collaboration.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Java, JSP, XML, and SQL (used in FlexPLM backend).

  • Experience with Windchill architecture, as FlexPLM is built on it.

  • Integration experience with ERP systems like SAP , Design and Specification tools

  • Hands experience with AI tools to build agentic AI on product memory and autonomous agents

Process Mapping & Optimization:

  • Analyse and improve PLM-related business processes.

  • Experience in workflow design, data migration, and system performance tuning.

Project Leadership:

  • Lead FlexPLM implementation or enhancement projects.

  • Manage teams including IT, product development, and sourcing.

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Strong stakeholder management and user training capabilities.

  • Translate our needs into technical solutions.
