As a PLM Analyst at JCI, you will support the product lifecycle management processes, ensuring effective and efficient management of product data and processes throughout their lifecycle. You will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to facilitate product development and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the management of product data and documentation within the PLM system.
Support cross-functional teams in product development activities.
Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to track project progress and resolve issues.
Utilize PLM tools to streamline product design and development processes.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of PLM processes.
What we look for:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in PLM, product development, or engineering roles.
Familiarity with PLM software (e.g., Windchill, SAP) is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
