YOUR PROFILE

Formation & Expérience Niveau d'études : Bac+3 à Bac+5 en Gestion des Ressources Humaines, Comptabilité, Audit ou Droit Social.

Expérience : 2 à 4 ans d’expérience sur une fonction similaire, avec une pratique avérée du pilotage d’un prestataire de paie externalisée sur un périmètre national au Maroc.Compétences Techniques (Hard Skills) Maîtrise approfondie de la législation sociale et fiscale marocaine (Code du Travail, barème IR, assiettes et plafonds CNSS, AMO, CIMR).

Expertise en audit et contrôle de cohérence des bulletins de salaire et charges sociales.

Maîtrise avancée d’Excel (RechercheV/X, tableaux croisés dynamiques, formules conditionnelles pour le rapprochement de données).

Connaissance pratique des outils SIRH, logiciels de GTA (Gestion des Temps et Activités) et portails administratifs marocains (Damancom, Simpl-IR).Compétences Comportementales (Soft Skills) Rigueur et esprit critique : Capacité à déceler rapidement les écarts ou anomalies dans les calculs fournis par le tiers.

Aisance relationnelle et fermeté : Aptitude à cadrer et challenger un prestataire externe tout en maintenant un partenariat fluide.

Sens du service : Pédagogie, écoute et clarté dans la communication avec les collaborateurs.

Discrétion absolue : Respect strict de la confidentialité des données personnelles et salariales.

Organisation et gestion des priorités : Capacité à gérer des échéances de clôture strictes et non négociables.
