职位描述
1.负责锂电PACK自动化产线非标设备的电气控制方案规划、逻辑架构设计，独立完成PLC程序编写、调试、优化 2.参与新设备立项评审、电气图纸审核、程序标准化审核，跟进设备厂内FAT测试、现场安装调试、量产爬坡 3.负责PACK产线电气、程序类故障快速排查、根因分析与闭环整改，降低故障率 4.负责设备相关技术难题公关，如焊接程序交互、焊接良率等 5.根据工艺迭代需求，完成产线程序升级、节拍优化、工序改造 6.分析设备动作时序，降低动作，提升设备节拍
职位要求
1.大学本科及以上学历 2.5年以上PLC程序开发经验 3.熟悉Pack产线相关工艺设备 4.能独立使用Eplan等软件进行电气硬件设计和选型 5.精通掌握主流PLC西门子、三菱、欧姆龙、基恩士、汇川等软件程序开发和应用 6.精通主流伺服电机系统参数配置，及电机控制协议EtherCAT，PROFINET，CC-Link等 7.熟悉机器人编程及调试优先
