Ncite Partners is currently partnering with an Oklahoma City-based heavy equipment manufacturing company that is looking for a PLC Programmer to join their team.

Our Client:

Our client is a well-established and growing manufacturer of heavy industrial equipment, headquartered in Oklahoma City. Known for its stable operations and employee-centric culture, the company offers a dynamic and supportive work environment.

The Role:

  • Develop, program, and test PLC and HMI control systems for OEM and industrial machinery.
  • Collaborate with mechanical engineers to ensure control systems are effectively integrated into machine designs.
  • Troubleshoot and refine PLC, HMI, and instrumentation systems, primarily using Allen Bradley platforms.
  • Support commissioning, on-site startup, and field troubleshooting at customer facilities.
  • Work directly with customers and vendors to clarify requirements and support successful project execution.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in PLC programming or controls engineering.
  • Engineering degree preferred, with equivalent technical, military, or vocational experience considered.
  • Proficiency with Allen-Bradley PLC platforms and HMI development.
  • Working knowledge of instrumentation and industrial control systems.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with senior programmers and learn quickly in a hands-on environment.
