■職務内容 / Job Description(Roles & Responsibilities)
当社のハードウェア（Playstation®関連製品：コンソールや周辺機器）に使用する半導体の調達業務。
当社で開発しているハードウェアに使用する半導体の選定から量産導入まで関連部署（設計や品質保証など）も巻き込んでチームで戦略を考え進めて頂きます。
新規取引先の選定、取引先からの提案の妥当性検証、原価試算や納期交渉など調達に関する幅広い業務をお任せします。
担当部品にもよりますが、四半期に1回程度の海外出張はあり得ます。
本ポジションは世界的に知名度の高いゲーム機器の開発に関わり、直接的に反響を感じることが出来るお仕事です。
大きな生産数に対して部品を過不足なく揃えることや、品質、価格への責任を持つといったプレッシャーはありますが、チーム一丸となって対応していますのでご安心ください。
また、当社は日本の半導体調達においてトップクラスの調達規模を誇ります。
取引先のパートナー企業もレベルが高く洗練されたスキルを持つ方が多く、半導体調達において経験を積むには最適な環境だと考えています。
■組織・職場紹介 / About team and organization
SIEの主力製品であるプレイステーションの生産から出荷までを担う部署です。
その中でも今回は生産に必要な半導体の選定・調達に関わるチームとしての募集となります。

Playstation関連ハードウェアに使われている半導体の全てを担当するチームです。
（主な調達部品：CPU、GPU、ASIC、メモリ、トランジスタ、LEDなど）
■求められるスキル・技術領域 / Skills and Qualifications
【必須（MUST）】

• 3年以上の半導体や電気部品の調達業務、もしくは営業経験のある方
• 調達・選定の為の半導体部品知識(技術的な深い知識は不要)
• Microsoft Officeを使用しての数量管理

【歓迎（WANT）】

• 海外取引先との業務経験

■求める人物像 / Personality

• 社内外問わず関連部署とのコミュニケーション能力（交渉能力含む）

■語学力 / Language Skills
【英語】

• メールコミュニケーションが可能なレベル以上の英語力
• 英会話が必要なタイミングでも物怖じしない方

【日本語】

• ビジネスレベルの日本語力（日本語能力試験N1またはそれと同等以上）
