SCOPE OF POSITION:

This position is located at a small casino and has dual roles in the casino Cage and Player’s Club. The position is under the supervision of the Cage Supervisor and performs duties to insure the safe and efficient operation of all cash handling and operating procedures and Player’s Club activities for Comanche Nation Casinos. The Player’s Club Representative-Cage Cashier’s performance is necessary for the casino to reach its full potential in providing a superior entertainment experience for casino guests

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following are major duties and are not intended to be all inclusive or restrictive.

• Enrolls new customers into Player’s Club, issues Player’s Club cards, and facilitates entry of guests-members through promotions and promotion participation; and recruitment activities
• Provides information, data, and feedback on Player’s Club to management.
• Cash-out gaming machine tickets for casino guests.

• Provides directions, assistance, and/or information to guests for excellent customer service.
• Accurately balances assigned bank.
• Performs all necessary functions necessary to process personal checks.
• Balances all money transactions and paperwork.
• Assures compliance with Federal currency transaction reporting requirements.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS:

The Player’s Club Representative-Cage Cashier has no supervisory duties.

PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

The Player’s Club Representative-Cage Cashier regularly communicates and exchanges information with coworkers and guests, and operates a computer and other office equipment. The Player’s Club Representative/Cage Cashier will regularly be required to remain in a stationary position 50 percent of the time. Work is performed throughout all areas of the facility where there may be flashing lights and the noise levels vary from quiet to loud depending on the time of day, the specific location and the amount of business. The Player’s Club Representative-Cage Cashier must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and in a smoke-filled environment. The workplace is also under constant surveillance both inside and outside the facility.

The Player’s Club Representative/Cage Cashier may be exposed to the risks associated with attempting to resolve contentious issues with guests and staff members.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Possess a High School Diploma or GED;
• Possess 6 months or more of database operations or similar work experience and/or computer applications training.
