About the Role
Are you passionate about video games and helping players? We’re looking for a Player Support Agent (English) to join our growing global team. In this role, you will provide high-quality support to players while contributing to a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide player support via tickets, email, chat, and/or forums

  • Respond to player inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner

  • Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary

  • Assist in drafting player-facing communications and announcements

  • Monitor player feedback and report recurring issues or trends

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve player experience

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and solutions

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Native level in English (written and spoken)

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Passion for video games and understanding of gaming communities

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in player support, customer support, or gaming industry

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)

  • Experience handling online communities or forums
