Now we’re on the lookout for a Player Protection Analyst to help us keep our players safe, supported, and playing responsibly.

What You Will Do

As a Player Protection Analyst, you’ll be on the front lines of safer gambling and financial risk monitoring. This is a key role within our Player Protection team, focused on keeping gameplay fair, legal, and low-risk.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Handling KYC, AML and Safer Gambling queues — including telephone interactions, player responses, document reviews, withdrawal processing and player escalations

• Performing Enhanced Due Diligence and Affordability checks in line with UK regulatory standards

• Carrying out risk assessments triggered by customer behaviour, system alerts or internal reports

• Interpreting player activity and flagging signs of problem gambling, fraud or financial crime

• Conducting check-in calls with players showing risk markers, using empathy and clear communication

• Working closely with Compliance, Risk and other Ops teams to continuously improve processes

• Supporting team members on escalations and escalating to second line where needed.

• Meeting personal KPIs (around QA score, SLAs, Resolution rate, Player Satisfaction) and contributing to overall team performance

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year experience in an AML or Safer Gambling role within the gambling industry

• 1+ year experience with Safer Gambling Interaction Calls

• Strong working knowledge of UKGC regulations

• Experience in conducting EDD and affordability reviews would be desirable

• Analytical thinker with attention to detail and sound judgement

• Confident communicator (written and verbal), especially when speaking with customers

• Proactive, organised and happy working both independently and as part of a close-knit team

• A genuine interest in player safety and the evolving landscape of responsible gambling
