We're a game developer and publisher from Cyprus with one single game in the 4x strategy genre: Total Battle. We're a one-game company on purpose, because in everything we do, we focus.
We are currently concentrating on two major goals:

As our Creative Playable Developer you will support the creative marketing team with the backend development of playable ads
Key responsibilities.
Develop game mechanics in Cocos Creator based on ready-made assets and scenes.
Finalize and package playable ads for major ad networks — AppLovin, Unity, Google, Facebook, IronSource
Work with Google Analytics for playables, interpret and apply insights from performance data.
Consistently deliver 2 gameplay-ready playables per month when building from scratch.
Consistently deliver 6+ playables per month when working with existing mechanics.
You could be a great fit for this position If:
Have 2–3 years of proven experience as a Playable Ads Developer
Have excellent knowledge of Cocos Creator (v3.x+ preferred).
Are proficient in TypeScript and JavaScript (ES5/ES6)
Are familiar with Canvas rendering, and optionally with Pixi.js or Three.js.
Have experience with HTML5, CSS (Sass/SCSS/Stylus), and responsive cross-platform layout
Understand adaptive layout principles and have hands-on experience with JS and CSS animations (GSAP or native).
Can work with Webpack or other build tools
Familiarity with Node.js (for build scripts and automation).
Are comfortable using Git for version control.
Apply OOP principles and SOLID design patterns in your code.
Have published examples of playable ads in your portfolio.
Have basic skills in Photoshop, Figma, or Adobe Illustrator for asset preparation and optimization.

Our company was founded in 2015 in Cyprus with the initial goal of publishing and operating third-party games.
In 2016 we decided that we wanted to work with our own games instead of ready-made products. We were excited by the idea of being a full-cycle game development studio: to launch a game, gain initial traction, and then scale up the game globally and become a leader in the genre.
2017 saw the arrival of our first game, Total Battle. We discovered the game in its very early stages, and we believed in its great potential, so we made it our goal to focus on this single title and become the leader in the 4X strategy genre.
In 2021, we began to transform the company into a full-cycle game development studio, adding game developers, designers, and artists to our already existing publishing team, which consisted of our finance, legal, marketing, community, and support staff. We finished this process in 2022, and we now operate from our two offices in Limassol.
