Job Description

As a Platinum Banker, you will be the primary point of contact for our prestigious clients, offering a tailored and exclusive banking experience.   • Process and execute client transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth and timely service.
  • Stay updated with market trends and financial products to offer relevant and timely advice to clients.
  • Proactively identify and address client needs, offering innovative solutions and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to provide a holistic banking experience, ensuring a coordinated approach.
  • Handle client inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive and professional resolution.
  • Conduct regular reviews and performance assessments of client portfolios, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Continuously enhance your financial knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in private banking or wealth management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of client interactions effectively.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and systems for transaction processing and record-keeping.
  • Analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
