Job Description

As a Platinum Banker for Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and their families.   • A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management or sales, preferably in the banking sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-value clients.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial products and services, including investment options and wealth management strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other banking software for client relationship management.
  • Analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide insightful recommendations to clients.
