Job Description

As a Platinum Banker, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our business banking clients, particularly those with high net worth. Your role will involve proactive outreach and the development of tailored financial solutions to meet their unique needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with a prestigious client base and contribute to their financial success.
  • Proactively reach out to high-value business clients to understand their financial goals and requirements.
  • Develop and present customized financial solutions, including investment strategies, wealth management plans, and business banking services.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure their long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and timely advice.
  • Collaborate with other teams within the bank to ensure a seamless and efficient service delivery.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide periodic updates to clients on their financial portfolios.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer clients to other bank services as appropriate.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain high standards of ethical conduct.
  • Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the business banking division.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in business banking or private banking.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including investment options and wealth management strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing relationships with business clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and tools for relationship management and performance tracking.
  • Analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide insightful recommendations.
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach to client engagement and business development.
