Job Description

As a Platinum Banker, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with high-value business clients. Your primary goal is to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. This role offers a dynamic and challenging environment, allowing you to utilize your expertise in business banking and relationship management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients, understanding their financial goals and requirements.
  • Proactively identify and address client needs, offering tailored financial solutions and products.
  • Conduct regular outreach and outbound activities to engage with clients and promote the bank's services.
  • Stay updated with market trends and industry developments to provide relevant and timely advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of banking services and efficient problem-solving.
  • Manage and monitor client portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and performance assessments of client accounts, providing insights for improvement.
  • Develop and execute strategies to cross-sell and up-sell bank products and services to existing clients.
  • Participate in networking events and industry forums to represent the bank and expand its business network.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business banking or relationship management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations, particularly in the business banking domain.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proven track record of successful relationship management and client retention.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and tools for portfolio management and client engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong networking skills and a proactive approach to business development.
  • Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
