Job Description

We are Noble People. A modern creative media agency. We develop original, bold and provocative media ideas for some of the most exciting brands in the world.

Media ideas that aren’t media. Media that isn’t boring. Brand ideas that people love.

We do communications strategy, media planning and buying, and reporting and optimization – but with a lens that respects creativity and without the nonsense that comes along with most media agencies. We are passionate, transparent, and values-driven. We strip out the old rules, find smarter ways to make an impact, and take a modern, innovative approach to media – always through a creative lens.

The Platforms Supervisor, Programmatic & Retail Media is responsible for the day-to-day management, execution, optimization, and performance of retail media and programmatic campaigns across a variety of platforms and clients. This role combines hands-on platform expertise with strategic thinking, helping clients navigate an increasingly connected commerce and media ecosystem.

This person brings deep experience across retail media networks including Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Kroger Precision Marketing, Instacart, DoorDash, and Criteo, as well as programmatic platforms such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, Yahoo DSP, and other demand-side platforms.

The Platforms Supervisor partners closely with strategy, planning, analytics, activation, and client teams to translate business objectives into effective media activation plans. They oversee campaign execution from setup through optimization and reporting, while mentoring junior team members and ensuring operational excellence across all campaigns.

This role requires a strong understanding of audience strategy, marketplace dynamics, bidding methodologies, inventory quality, measurement frameworks, attribution, and campaign performance. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, detail-oriented, and naturally curious about how retail media and programmatic channels work together throughout the consumer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage campaigns across retail media and programmatic platforms including Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Kroger, Instacart, DoorDash, Criteo, The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, Yahoo DSP, and other DSPs.

  • Analyze campaign performance and deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with analytics teams on tagging, attribution, measurement, and reporting.
  • Maintain platform best practices, QA standards, and operational workflows.
  • Stay current on retail media, commerce, and programmatic platform capabilities, measurement solutions, and industry trends.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring accuracy across execution, reporting, and optimization.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, reporting, and strategic planning discussions.
  • Develop POVs, testing frameworks, and media recommendations that support client business goals.
  • Build strong relationships with platform partners and vendors.
  • Support new business initiatives and agency pitches as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with ad serving, tagging, analytics, and reporting platforms.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

About Noble People

Noble People is a media agency.

The combination we offer is not found everywhere: creative approaches to using media space underpinned by strategic rigor through analytics and the application of the latest marketing science.

While marketers are often forced to choose between data or creativity, we recognize they need both.

Put simply, what we do is advise our clients how to invest their marketing communications budget in the most effective way to deliver an impact on their business. We focus more on business metrics than on leading indicators—which only feed back on a narrow window of activity.

We execute our recommendation through buying media space in all channels (digital, search, broadcast TV, podcasts, out of home, social, as well as traditional channels); negotiating partnerships with publishers, platforms and personalities; and sometimes finding new ways for people to encounter our clients’ brand by creating entirely new media spaces.

We’ve done this across many product categories including packaged goods, fintech, travel, business to business, food delivery, and entertainment.
