Platform Engineer focused on network and infrastructure automation to join the Platform Development team within Midstream IT.
This engineer will help improve how infrastructure is configured, deployed, monitored, validated, and supported across enterprise and Operational Technology environments. The position combines hands-on network automation, platform engineering, scripting, infrastructure operations, and technical problem-solving.
The engineer will develop reusable automation solutions that improve configuration consistency, reduce manual work, strengthen infrastructure standards, and increase platform reliability. The role will also contribute to initiatives involving Infrastructure as Code, Site Reliability Engineering, DevSecOps, Network as Code, Software-Defined Networking, SD-WAN, and Zero Trust Network Architecture.
This is a hands-on position with a strong emphasis on automation, scripting, development, systems integration, and operational support.
Experience supporting Operational Technology or industrial infrastructure is highly preferred.
Relevant experience may include:
Knowledge of the Purdue Enterprise Reference Architecture, also known as the Purdue or PERA model, is preferred. Candidates should understand the importance of secure segmentation, controlled communications, availability, and operational continuity across enterprise IT and industrial environments.

This is a Contract position based out of Denver, CO.
The pay range for this position is $57.00 - $85.00/hr.
