Experience within Wholesale Lending, or Investment Banking.

Experience managing budgets and project financials.

Minimum qualification – bachelor’s degree.
Desirable Skill Sets:
Communicate complex or sensitive information effectively.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Knowledge of lending products, onboarding, servicing, or middle-office operations.
Experience supporting Technology and Operations transformation programmes.
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent project management certification.
