The Platform Tech Lead will play a critical role in architecting and guiding the technology transition from legacy systems to the future digital platform.
The Platform Tech Lead is responsible for defining and implementing the technical architecture and engineering standards that support Minor Hotels’ global digital platform.
This role sits at the intersection of technology, product, and commercial teams, requiring strong communication and leadership skills alongside deep technical expertise.
The successful candidate will work closely with global teams across Bangkok, Madrid, and Brisbane, guiding engineering decisions, enabling scalable integrations, and ensuring that the platform supports long-term business growth.
The role also requires strong knowledge of AI-enabled software development workflows, modern architecture principles, and enterprise digital experience platforms.
