What you’ll do

As a Dynamic 365 Production Analyst, you’ll support the delivery of day-to-day technology services and across the RBSI Dynamics 365 domain. You’ll help deploy new applications and platform capabilities, while supporting application management, environment provisioning and production readiness activities.

You'll play an important role in identifying potential issues early by working with feature teams to understand upcoming changes across the platform. Working closely with key stakeholders, you'll help maintain platform stability, resilience and performance.

Your work will focus on:

  • Collaborating with product development and feature teams to support continuous integration and continuous deployment activities
  • Attending feature team refinement and planning sessions to understand upcoming changes and identify potential production impacts
  • Identifying opportunities for service improvement by analysing recurring incidents, platform issues and stakeholder feedback
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of platform resilience, scalability and operational performance through increased automation

The skills you'll need

Be the analyst at the heart of platform stability and performance. We’re looking for someone with technical knowledge across platforms, technologies, products and domains. You’ll also bring experience of working in Agile or DevOps environments, with a strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery.

You’ll also need:

  • Knowledge and experience of industry standard tools, technologies and operational processes
  • Knowledge of operational principles and their application within production support environments
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills across a broad range of teams and disciplines
