We are looking for a Platform Product Delivery Manager to join IKEA Group Digital. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of digital products within the BR&C and Legal platform subdomain, ensuring they are built and operated with quality, scalability, and business value in mind.

Proven ability to manage multiple product teams and complex digital portfolios across a global organization.

Experience managing strategic vendor relationships, commercial engagements and delivery partners.

Strong understanding of digital governance, technology roadmaps and platform lifecycle management.

Experience collaborating with senior business leaders to shape investment priorities and digital transformation initiatives.

Strong domain experience from Business Risk and Compliance focused on both financial and non financial controls/risks

Experience with SAP GRC (Risk Management, Process Control, Audit Management, Access Control) together with SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Fiori and enterprise integrations.

Experience with Legal tools like Ariba CLM, spell book, and other CLM / AI tools

Strong experience of other solutions build upon SAP systems both on premise & cloud

Good understanding of software engineering principles and modern development practices

Experience working with agile methodologies and outcome-oriented ways of working

Ability to define and measure success through KPIs and OKRs

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Understanding of cost drivers in software delivery and the impact of technical decisions

A passion for digital product delivery, innovation, and continuous improvement

Ability to define engineering strategy aligned with business goals.

Experience building scalable enterprise platforms.

Experience establishing engineering standards and governance.

Experience balancing innovation with operational stability.

Experience driving AI, automation and engineering productivity.

Experience defining and executing digital platform strategy aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy and regulatory compliance within enterprise platforms.

A day in your life with us

As a Platform Product Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for driving the full lifecycle of digital products – from discovery and development to deployment and operations – ensuring they deliver value to the business and our customers. [

You will work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to secure alignment, remove obstacles, and ensure seamless delivery across teams and dependencies.

You will also play a key role in building strong, high-performing teams and enabling ways of working that support speed, quality, and continuous improvement.

To be concrete, you will:

Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of digital products (discovery → development → deployment → operations → adoption) within the area of Business Risk and Complience

Drive product and engineering execution, including prioritization, delivery speed, and quality

Define and execute the BR&C and Legal digital platform strategy aligned with business priorities and enterprise architecture.

Promote modern engineering practices such as CI/CD, automation, and continuous improvement

Ensure operational excellence, including availability, performance, and compliance requirements

Own the technology roadmap for the BR&C platform, balancing business demand, innovation, technical debt and operational stability.

Remove blockers and manage cross-team dependencies to enable smooth delivery flow

Govern the portfolio of digital initiatives across Business Risk & Compliance and Legal, ensuring effective prioritization, funding and resource allocation.

Lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering ownership, accountability, and collaboration

Develop organizational capability through coaching, succession planning, talent development and fostering an inclusive engineering culture.

Use data, KPIs, and insights to drive decisions and continuously improve outcomes

Monitor platform health using engineering, operational and business KPIs to continuously improve customer value and delivery effectiveness.

Contribute to reducing technical debt and improving long-term product sustainability

Lead through change and uncertainty with a structured, pragmatic, and positive mindset

Manage strategic technology partners and vendors to ensure high-quality delivery, innovation and cost optimization.

Represent the BR&C Sub Domain in enterprise architecture forums, digital governance boards and strategic planning initiatives.

We develop and operate digital products and platforms that support the entire IKEA value chain and enable better experiences for both customers and co-workers. You will work in Group Function Digital Area. The Digital Area – Group Functions is a new area built to strengthen digital partnership and delivery across all Group Functions and Global Business Operations (GBO). We develop and deliver digital capabilities across key areas like Finance, People & Culture, Procurement, Legal, Business Risk & Compliance, Communications, Real Estate, Business Steering in Ingka's global organisation.

You will also be part of the Platform Subdomain Domain leadership team that is working in a dynamic retail environment. Our Sub-domain focuses on digital delivery for Group Functions; Business Risk & Compliance and Group Legal where we aim to be a trusted digital partner and provide great solutions on the business needs, always adhering to our enterprise architecture guidelines. You will be the Digital Responsible for Business Risk & Compliance Product Area which is critical part of our business.
