ServiceNow Platform Specialist
Join Auckland Council's Platform Engineering Practice as a ServiceNow Platform Specialist. You'll configure, support and enhance ServiceNow capabilities, working with stakeholders and delivery teams to improve service delivery, automate processes and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the platform.

Auckland Council’s Technology Services has an opportunity for a ServiceNow Platform Specialist to join the Platform Engineering team. As a ServiceNow Platform Specialist, you will be responsible for the development, administration, support, enhancement, and continuous improvement of Auckland Council's ServiceNow platform.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, and service owners to design, configure, and optimise ServiceNow solutions that improve service delivery, automate business processes, and enhance user experience

This role requires significant Platform Engineering experience. You will have experience in similar roles within large complex organisations
