As a Software Enabling and Optimization Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving Intel's value and differentiation across a variety of domains, including Robotics and Edge. You will collaborate with Intel customers, ecosystem software vendors, and/or the open-source community to develop, integrate, test, debug, optimize, and differentiate software. This role offers the opportunity to influence product improvements, support customers, and contribute to the development of industry-leading solutions aligned with Intel's mission to create world-changing technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with development engineering team, customers and ecosystem vendors to develop, integrate, test, and optimize firmware boot solutions.
• Expert to Intel software tools and technologies to enable and support Intel products effectively.
• Deliver training materials, collateral to support Intel products.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve customer issues, debug firmware/software, and optimize systems.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Good understanding in Python programming or C/C++ programming language.
• Solid understanding of computer architecture and platform issues / platform system debugging principles.
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues while providing exceptional customer support.
• Knowledge of AI and system-level optimization techniques are bonus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, coupled with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
