As a Platform Services Officer within the Business and Technology (BTO) branch, you will play a key role in supporting and advancing critical technology platforms used across the Government of Alberta. Working within a collaborative, agile environment, you will contribute to platform enhancements, service improvements, troubleshooting, and the development of scalable, reusable solutions that support business outcomes.
This position reports to the Team Lead, Platform Services and works closely with cross-functional technical teams, business partners, project teams, and stakeholders across government to deliver secure, reliable, and innovative technology services.

Hours of Work: 7.25 hours daily / 36.25 weekly – Monday to Friday
Location: Greater Edmonton or Calgary area (Remote)
This position is eligible for remote work within the Greater Edmonton or Calgary areas; however, candidates must reside in one of these locations to be considered for remote work eligibility.
Final candidates may be required to undergo a security screening.
