+5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager, managing complex technical products, platform offerings, engineering tools, or cross-functional technology capabilities, with a proven track record of driving product strategy and successful delivery.
+ Strong ability to understand customer and program-team needs, conduct product discovery, and translate requirements into product roadmaps, success metrics, prioritized backlogs, and measurable business value.
+ Solid understanding of robotics software, autonomous systems, machine learning platforms, cloud services, data systems, and intelligent-machine technologies.
+ Experience with the CVML lifecycle, including data ingestion, curation, labeling, model training, inference workflows, and continuous improvement processes.
+ Proficiency in product lifecycle management, Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional execution with engineering, product, program, and business stakeholders.
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and balance competing priorities.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Demonstrated ability to build alignment, drive adoption, and influence outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
+ Experience supporting products or platforms related to autonomous systems, robotics, machine learning, computer vision, or artificial intelligence.
+ Experience building and scaling platform products used by engineering teams, including APIs, SDKs, developer tooling, documentation, onboarding experiences, and adoption strategies.
+ Familiarity with fleet operations, telemetry, OTA updates, remote diagnostics, incident management, and operational support workflows.
+ Experience with cloud platforms, edge computing, data-intensive systems, analytics, observability, and large-scale data pipelines.
+ Understanding of product and platform challenges associated with deploying and operating intelligent-machine solutions in production environments.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence outcomes across engineering, product, and business teams.
+ Track record of innovation, research contributions, or technical leadership in robotics, autonomous systems, or machine learning domains.
+ Experience with Voxel51 or similar computer vision and data management platforms is a plus.
'Bachelor's degree or equivalent level in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field. Advanced degree is preferred where it strengthens product, platform, ML, robotics, or cloud-systems depth.
