The ideal candidate brings experience with product management, enterprise SaaS platforms, Agile delivery, and leading complex initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes. This individual will champion platform innovation, lifecycle management, governance, adoption, and continuous improvement while mentoring less experienced product owners and influencing firm-wide strategy.

What You Will Do:

  • Establish and monitor platform adoption, utilization, and business impact metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Own the full platform lifecycle, including evaluation, implementation, enhancement, release management, and retirement planning.
  • Manage intake, requirements gathering, backlog prioritization, and translation of business needs into epics, features, and user stories.
  • Develop and maintain functional specifications, acceptance criteria, wireframes, prototypes, and supporting documentation.
  • Prioritize work based on business value, risk, effort, dependencies, and team capacity.
  • Coordinate the creation and governance of platform templates, reusable assets, and standards.
  • Partner with development teams to scope custom development and integration efforts.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery efforts across internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including renewals, service agreements, quarterly business reviews, and escalations.
  • Coordinate platform upgrades, release planning, impact assessments, testing, communications, and deployments.
  • Oversee stakeholder testing activities, including regression, user acceptance, performance, and security-related validation.
  • Partner with System Administration, Security, Compliance, and Data Governance teams to ensure platform stability, scalability, and compliance.
  • Maintain platform documentation, audit readiness, governance standards, and operational procedures.
  • Mentor junior product owners and promote Agile, Lean, and continuous improvement practices

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in product ownership, product management, platform management, or related technology roles.
  • Experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms and driving platform adoption and business value.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, product ownership, and backlog management practices.
  • Experience with application lifecycle management, including requirements gathering, testing, release planning, and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of security, privacy, data governance, and compliance requirements associated with enterprise applications.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
  • Experience analyzing adoption, usage, and business impact metrics.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Caseware Working Papers and engagement management solutions supporting audit, tax, and advisory workflows.
  • Experience with cloud-based business applications and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience designing solutions using low-code and no-code platforms.
  • Proficiency with reporting and analytics tools such as Excel and Power BI.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and service-level agreements.
  • Experience with workflow automation, template management, and enterprise collaboration platforms.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience.
  • Strong understanding of change management, user adoption strategies, and business process improvement.
