Execution & Delivery

  • Gather and synthesize feedback to identify pain points, unmet needs, and adoption barriers
  • Ensure APIs, components, and workflows are intuitive, well-documented, and easy to integrate

Cross-Platform Collaboration

  • Collaborate with other platform product managers to ensure alignment across shared platforms
  • Manage dependencies and integration points between platform teams
  • Contribute to org-wide platform principles, standards, and governance

Adoption & Measurement

  • Define and track success metrics such as adoption, usage, reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction
  • Drive platform adoption through enablement, communication, and iteration
  • Use data and feedback to continuously improve the platform experience

Scale & Sustainability

  • Anticipate future needs and scaling challenges as product usage grows
  • Help establish patterns and best practices that promote consistency without over-constraining teams
  • Advocate for investments in platform health, resilience, and long-term maintainability

About you

  • Extensive product management experience, with experience owning platform or internal products
  • Experience of developing a workflow engine.
  • Proven track record owning a product area end-to-end, ideally within a multi-team platform organization

  • Excellent prioritization and stakeholder management skills
