You are someone who inspires others, builds strong teams, and creates clarity in complex situations. You combine a strong customer focus with a deep understanding of technology and delivery, and you have the ability to translate insights into tangible product outcomes.
Above all, you take ownership, show initiative, and are passionate about delivering high-quality digital products that make a difference.
Furthermore, we believe that you bring:

Solid understanding of Responsible Wage practices and Gender Equal Pay reporting requirements — including regulatory compliance considerations across multiple countries
Experience working with agile methodologies and outcome-oriented ways of working
Experience delivering end-to-end platform solutions — from requirements gathering, solution design, and build through to testing, release, stabilization, and adoption
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Understanding of cost drivers in software delivery and the impact of technical decisions
A passion for digital product delivery, innovation, and continuous improvement
As a Platform Product Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for driving the full lifecycle of digital products – from discovery and development to deployment and operations – ensuring they deliver value to the business and our customers.
You will work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to secure alignment, remove obstacles, and ensure seamless delivery across teams and dependencies.
You will also play a key role in building strong, high-performing teams and enabling ways of working that support speed, quality, and continuous improvement.
To be concrete, you will:
Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation as well as other solutions within Variable Pay, Benefits, Responsible Wage, and Gender Equal Pay processes — from discovery and design through to deployment, operations, and adoption
Drive prioritisation, delivery speed, and quality across platform releases — including annual compensation cycles, merit runs, bonus processing, and benefits enrolment periods
Ensure configurations are accurately maintained, compliant, and aligned to business compensation processes and pay structures across all markets
Ensure operational excellence across all platforms — including availability, performance, compliance, and data integrity requirements particularly during critical pay cycle periods
Remove blockers and manage cross-team dependencies across teams to enable smooth and predictable delivery flow
Lead and develop high-performing cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration
Use data, KPIs, and insights to drive decisions — including performance metrics, SLA adherence, and compensation cycle delivery outcomes
Contribute to reducing technical debt and improving long-term platform sustainability
