We are looking for a Platform Product Delivery Manager to join IKEA Group Digital. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of digital products within the BR&C and Legal platform subdomain, ensuring they are built and operated with quality, scalability, and business value in mind.

Strong experience in leading cross-functional product and engineering teams
Strong experience delivering Business Risk & Compliance digital solutions covering Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Controls, Audit Management, Compliance, Health & Safety, Investigative Case Management and Regulatory Compliance.
Experience with SAP GRC (Risk Management, Process Control, Audit Management, Access Control) together with SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Fiori and enterprise integrations.
Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Fiori and cloud-native SAP applications.
Experience managing enterprise SaaS and SAP platforms supporting governance, risk, compliance and operational resilience.
Experience designing digital platforms supporting regulatory compliance, governance and business assurance processes.
Strong understanding of enterprise security, audit, data privacy and regulatory compliance requirements.
Experience managing strategic vendor relationships and SAP implementation partners.
Experience driving digital transformation initiatives including migration from legacy platforms to modern SAP cloud solutions.
Experience enabling AI, workflow automation and intelligent compliance capabilities within enterprise platforms.
Strong experience of other solutions built upon SAP systems both on premise & cloud
Good understanding of software engineering principles and modern development practices
Experience working with agile methodologies and outcome-oriented ways of working
Ability to define and measure success through KPIs and OKRs
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Understanding of cost drivers in software delivery and the impact of technical decisions
A passion for digital product delivery, innovation, and continuous improvement
Ability to define engineering strategy aligned with business goals.

As a Platform Product Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for driving the full lifecycle of digital products – from discovery and development to deployment and operations – ensuring they deliver value to the business and our customers. [
You will work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to secure alignment, remove obstacles, and ensure seamless delivery across teams and dependencies.
You will also play a key role in building strong, high-performing teams and enabling ways of working that support speed, quality, and continuous improvement.
To be concrete, you will:
Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of digital products (discovery → development → deployment → operations → adoption) within the area of Business Risk and Complience
Drive product and engineering execution, including prioritization, delivery speed, and quality
Develop and execute the BR&C digital product roadmap aligned with business priorities, regulatory requirements and enterprise architecture.
Promote modern engineering practices such as CI/CD, automation, and continuous improvement
Drive modernization initiatives including migration from legacy platforms such as Sphera to SAP EHS and introduction of SAP Investigative Case Management capabilities.
Ensure operational excellence, including availability, performance, and compliance requirements
Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security, audit, privacy and regulatory standards while maintaining high availability and operational resilience.
Remove blockers and manage cross-team dependencies to enable smooth delivery flow
Manage cross-functional dependencies across Legal, Health & Safety, Enterprise Architecture, SAP CoE and Digital Engineering teams.
Lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering ownership, accountability, and collaboration
Lead internal teams, strategic vendors and implementation partners to deliver high-quality digital capabilities.
Use data, KPIs, and insights to drive decisions and continuously improve outcomes
Measure platform performance using operational, engineering and business KPIs to continuously improve customer value and regulatory compliance.
Contribute to reducing technical debt and improving long-term product sustainability
Drive platform modernization, technical debt reduction and cloud adoption across the BR&C technology landscape.
Lead through change and uncertainty with a structured, pragmatic, and positive mindset
Evaluate emerging SAP innovations including AI-enabled compliance, automation and intelligent risk management capabilities.
Own vendor governance, software licensing, commercial reviews and service performance across the BR&C technology portfolio.
Own the lifecycle management of BR&C platforms including roadmap, upgrades, release planning, support model and continuous optimization.
Partner with Business Risk & Compliance leadership, Internal Audit, Health & Safety and Legal stakeholders to define future digital capabilities.
Champion adoption of AI-powered capabilities to improve risk identification, compliance monitoring, investigations and business productivity.
Ensure all BR&C solutions align with IKEA Enterprise Architecture principles, integration standards and technology governance.

You will also be part of the Platform Subdomain Domain leadership team that is working in a dynamic retail environment. Our Sub-domain focuses on digital delivery for Group Functions; Business Risk & Compliance and Group Legal where we aim to be a trusted digital partner and provide great solutions on the business needs, always adhering to our enterprise architecture guidelines. You will be responsible for the Business Risk & Compliance Digital Product Area, leading the evolution of enterprise platforms supporting Risk Management, Internal Controls, Audit, Health & Safety, Investigations and Regulatory Compliance. Working closely with business leaders, Enterprise Architecture and strategic technology partners, you will ensure scalable, secure and innovative digital capabilities across the BR&C landscape.
