The BytePlus Website Team is responsible for the planning, design, development, and continuous evolution of the official BytePlus web presence. The team focuses on building a modern, scalable, and user-centric website experience that clearly communicates BytePlus’s product value, technology strengths, and global service capabilities.
By closely collaborating with product, design, marketing, content, and engineering teams, the BytePlus Website Team delivers high-quality web experiences across product showcases, solution pages, campaign landing pages, and core brand touch-points. The team emphasizes performance, consistency, localization, and maintainability, ensuring that the website can efficiently support global business growth and diverse user needs.
Through strong engineering practices and a deep understanding of user journeys, the team continuously improves website architecture, content delivery efficiency, and conversion experience, helping BytePlus better connect with customers, partners, and developers around the world.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for planning and managing full-channel traffic operations across the platform, including organic channels such as search, recommendation systems, ecosystem partnerships, and content-driven traffic. Develop and execute traffic growth strategies to achieve key targets in user acquisition, engagement, and paid conversion.
2. Track and analyze key traffic performance indicators, including UV, PV, retention rate, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost. Prepare regular performance reports, identify traffic trends and fluctuations, and optimize operational strategies to enhance traffic quality and overall efficiency.
3. Integrate the platform’s content ecosystem with traffic operations by collaborating closely with the content team. Optimize content strategy to improve exposure and traffic distribution, and establish a closed-loop system for sustainable user growth.
4. Manage relationships with external traffic channels, including third-party platforms, business partners, and advertising networks. Negotiate cooperation opportunities, expand new traffic sources, and ensure effective control of customer acquisition costs.
5. Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor strategies in traffic operations. Identify emerging growth opportunities and lead innovative initiatives to strengthen the platform’s competitive advantage.
6. Work in alignment with overall business objectives, collaborating cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and other teams to execute traffic initiatives and ensure all performance KPIs are achieved.
