Job Description

Responsibilities :

  1. Responsible for end to end understanding of existing customer journeys of the responsible areas, simplify and automating them to the highest extend possible
  2. Understanding the current platform & internal process across products and digitalizing wherever applicable across function
  3. Create customer journey for funding & investment products by using digital channel.
  4. Ensure requirements are gathered from relevant stakeholders, UAT is completed and the features go live to customers.
  5. Establish liaison with product, network, risk, operations and IT to study the process & accordingly identify and plug the gaps
  6. Ensure SOP & System User Manual is written/updated, as applicable and socialize to all users. Also monitoring the result.

Qualifications :

  1. Minimum 2 years experience in related areas.
