The Infrastructure Tribe delivers the essential products and services that enable the organization to operate securely, reliably, and in line with regulatory and customer expectations. Within this, the Resiliency and Recovery Platform is key to cyber resilience, ensuring the organization can contain and recover from ransomware and other major cyber incidents within agreed service levels.

Reporting to the Technology Lead – Private Cloud you ‘ll lead the infrastructure team in maintaining the platform and defining its governance, while delivering consistent recovery capabilities such as backup testing, clean-room recovery, and orchestration.

In this role you’ll be setting SLAs, ensuring playbooks are documented and tested, and driving service quality and continuous improvement. The role also requires close collaboration with teams across SRE, Technology Risk, Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, Global HUBs, IT Security, and other business and technology areas to plan and execute regular testing.

What you’ll do …

  • Lead resources and technology outcomes to ensure successful delivery of platform objectives.

  • Represent the team in engaging with stakeholders to define and deliver critical initiatives.

  • Develop, track, and maintain recovery playbooks and project deliverables for key business services.

  • Collaborate closely with onshore engineering teams and global support functions.

  • Ensure ownership of IT health, including vendor support, maintenance, incident/problem management, risk, security, and lifecycle compliance of technology assets.

  • Drive automation, self-service, and continuous improvement, while supporting next-generation recovery solutions and ensuring compliance as IT custodian for resiliency and recovery platforms.

What we’re looking for….

  • Strong project management expertise, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end technology delivery, including transformation initiatives.

  • Solid understanding of cloud services, along with risk management and compliance practices.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage and influence senior stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset with proven problem-solving skills, combined with a solid understanding of IT risk and controls.
