As Platform Lead, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for CleanCo’s enterprise platforms. Your focus will be on platform stability, security and continuous improvement, with an initial emphasis on DevSecOps and platform operations
In this role you will:
• Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of assigned platforms, from strategy and roadmaps through to day‑to‑day operations and uplift.
• Stabilise and operate core platforms, including Azure DevOps and vendor‑supported systems, to agreed service and security standards.
• Lead vendor and managed service provider performance, ensuring accountability, quality and value delivery.
• Embed and operationalise existing DevSecOps standards, tooling and governance across delivery streams.
• Partner closely with cyber security, architecture, delivery teams and business stakeholders to solve platform risks and constraints.
• Drive incremental improvements that strengthen reliability, resilience and future readiness of CleanCo’s technology platforms.
This role is a full‑time, permanent position based in Brisbane, with hybrid work options available.
On your first day you will have:
• Experience leading or owning enterprise‑scale technology platforms in complex environments.
• Strong hands‑adjacent knowledge of DevSecOps platforms and practices, particularly Azure DevOps.
• Proven capability working with vendor‑led or outsourced delivery and support models.
• Experience balancing operational stability with continuous improvement and roadmap planning.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders in preferred formats.
• Tertiary qualifications in IT, engineering or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
