To be successful in this role, you should have below skills:
Minimum 12–15 years of PMO experience across Governance and/or Delivery functions, with strong expertise in reporting and governance using Navigator or other industry-standard tools.
Hands-on experience with the Jira platform, including a solid understanding of Jira workflow design, roadmap creation, and project tracking.
Good understanding of Barclays CDCS (Change Delivery Control Standards). Candidates should have experience working within CDCS frameworks in current or previous roles and demonstrate involvement across various stages of the project lifecycle.
Knowledge of Coupa, Concur, or similar tools used for PMO financial governance, budget management, and reporting.
Strong proficiency in Excel, Copilot, PowerPoint, and Tableau. Candidates should be capable of developing Tableau dashboards, roadmaps, executive presentations, and management reporting.
Proven experience managing Senior Leadership Team (SLT) governance forums and presenting complex data analytics and insights for enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting capabilities are essential.

Basic macro development or coding skills are desirable, though not mandatory.
PMP, Scrum, or any other recognized project governance certification would be an added advantage.
Prior experience in reporting and governance automation using industry-standard tools would be beneficial.

This role is based in Pune office.
