Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Financial- Commercial evaluation:
Development of Financial model for the Business Case for the new project
Scenario planning and evaluation of Make v/s Buy proposals
Conversion Costs of in-house manufactured parts (e.g. powertrain/ BIW in-house manufactured) Budget and Business case Monitoring:
Monitoring of overall project budget and MIS on actual spend, savings, interline transfers, Contingency utilization etc.
Review and Processing of notes for additional budgets/ contingency utilization and interline transfer
Custodian for monitoring the platform material cost. Closely work with PCM team to get the desired cost inputs
Updation of the project Business case on periodic basis
Ensure timely Budget/ WBS release (Check)
Annual Budgeting of the platforms
Quarterly estimates of Cash flows for the respective project Compliance Aspects (Financial):
Evaluation of taxation aspects & Forex implications on the overall project cost (import/ export, GST etc. )
Review of Commercial agreements for consultancy and other services
Platform related- post project completion Audits (Check)

DFM, DFA,DTC, DFMEA, QC story
Development of system for the departmental processes to ensure adherence to MPDS (Mahindra Product Development System)
To build organization structure for EES team and development of team members
Liasioning – Internal (various aggregate members) for ensuring synchronizing of priorities and External (Vendors) for timely part development

CA/ ICWA/ MBA Finance
