Design, build, and evolve our Internal Developer Platform (IDP) with a strong focus on developer experience and productivity
Develop and extend our Backstage-based developer portal as the central interface for engineering teams
Build and maintain integrations and plugins that connect platform services into a seamless self-service experience
Design and implement scalable, developer-facing features using TypeScript and React—focusing on usability, workflows, and real engineering needs
Work closely with platform and infrastructure teams to expose capabilities through the portal
Improve developer workflows across service creation, deployment, observability, and operations
Contribute to shaping the overall developer experience, not just UI—thinking in terms of systems, workflows, and adoption
Explore opportunities to introduce automation and AI-driven features to improve developer productivity
Experience building or contributing to internal developer portals, platform tooling, or developer-facing systems (not just user-facing apps)
Strong experience with TypeScript and React, applied to complex, data-driven applications
Understanding of software development lifecycle, CI/CD, and how developers build and operate services
Ability to think beyond frontend—connecting UI to backend services, workflows, and real-world engineering use cases
Experience with Backstage or similar developer portal frameworks
Experience building developer tools such as CLIs, SDKs, or automation workflows
Familiarity with AI/LLM-based tools, agents, or developer productivity enhancements
Exposure to cloud platforms, infrastructure, or platform engineering practices

At the center is our internal developer portal, bringing together services, documentation and infrastructure tools in one place, so teams can move faster with less friction.
