Platform Engineer, DevOps and Developer Enablement
At Aspia, we stand with the leaders, teams and companies who dare to grow. Growth requires clarity, courage and partnership – and we are committed to creating the space where ambition can thrive.
As our cloud platform and developer enablement capabilities continue to evolve, we are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer to join us in building secure, scalable, and well-governed platform services that help development teams deliver and operate solutions efficiently across Aspia Group.
Aspia is an international group specializing in finance, payroll and HR outsourcing, powered by modern technology and deep human expertise. Across the Nordics, we help organizations simplify complexity so they can focus their energy on what truly drives progress.
As a Platform Engineer at Aspia, you will work at the interface between platform operations, DevOps practices, and development teams. The role combines platform engineering, operational support, automation, and developer enablement. You will help create and improve the standardized capabilities, tools, guardrails, and ways of working that enable development teams to deploy, integrate, and operate solutions in a secure, scalable, and efficient way.
A significant part of the role is to support development teams both when adopting platform services and when resolving production-related issues. In practice, this means providing hands-on guidance, troubleshooting support, and practical recommendations for deployment pipelines, integrations, access patterns, operational readiness, and platform-related incidents. You will also take operational responsibility for GitHub Enterprise, including administration, maintenance, access management, governance support, and continuous improvement of the developer experience.
You will work as part of the skilled Group IT Cloud and Operations team and collaborate closely with development teams, architects, security specialists, and other stakeholders across the organization. The team consists of professionals based in Sweden and Finland. You will report to the infrastructure team Manager. This is a permanent position.
