Support observability and monitoring capabilities through logging, metrics, dashboards, alerting, and operational health checks to improve platform visibility and incident detection.
Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities, supporting troubleshooting, remediation, rollback activities, and operational improvements.
Work with Engineering, Security, T.O.C., Architecture, and Service Delivery teams to support reliable, operationally ready infrastructure solutions.
Assist with customer onboarding and operational readiness activities, including provisioning, access management, monitoring setup, and operational validation tasks.
Contribute to high availability, disaster recovery, and platform resilience activities, including testing and validation of recovery procedures.
Create and maintain operational documentation, standards, and runbooks to improve consistency, supportability, and knowledge sharing.
