Platform Administration & Operations

• Administer enterprise analytics platforms (BI/reporting and analytics workflow/automation), including tenant/environment configuration, licensing/capacity, gateways/connectors, and workspace/project organization.

• Perform platform configuration management: manage settings, features, and guardrails aligned to governance and security policies.

• Coordinate platform releases and changes (patching, upgrades, feature enablement), including impact assessment, communications, and adoption support.

Platform Roadmap & Continuous Improvement

• Research, evaluate, and recommend platform enhancements, tools, services, protocols, and standards to support organizational goals.

• Contribute to platform roadmap planning and assist with proof-of-concepts, migrations, or platform transitions as needed (ensuring continuity and governance).

• Experience implementing governance for self-service analytics (workspace lifecycle, promotion paths, certification, usage policies, and auditing).

• Experience with CI/CD or release management patterns for analytics assets (Git-based workflows, deployment pipelines, environment separation).

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and enterprise security patterns.

• Familiarity with capacity planning, performance tuning, and cost/consumption management in SaaS platforms.

• Relevant certifications (examples): analytics platform administration, cloud fundamentals, ITIL foundations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $65.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
