Position Responsibilities:
You are responsible for CI/CD automation, enhancing delivery capabilities, filling the gap between development & deployment.
You need to be familiar with code governance & release management & artifact management & integration toolchain in SDLC.
You need to provide enhancements to existing CI/CD pipelines and build new CI/CD pipelines to support development teams if needed.You need to be familiar with Groovy, Java and NodeJS programing to support CI/CD pipelines running on various platforms. E.g. Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
You need to build tools/automation scripts to enrich the CI/CD platform’s capabilities/features. Using AI capabilities are recommended.
You need to be familiar with modern programing language build frameworks/toolkits to support CI/CD in SDLC. e.g. npm, angular, maven, gradle, poetry.
You need to maintain DevOps platform infrastructure including VM, DB, Kubernetes, Macbook.
You need to use enterprise proved monitoring toolsets to ensure DevOps platform is in a healthy state and prevent potential production incidents.
You need to communicate with stakeholders across APAC region. Analyze the project team and security team requirements, ensure all CI/CD pipelines and automations are following the enterprise standards.
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in a DevOps Engineer role (or similar role)
Strong experience with Linux-Based infrastructure. Linux/Unix administration.
Familiar with at least one of modern Cloud providers such as AliCloud, Azure, AWS.
Familiar with container technologies. E.g. docker, Kubernetes, helm.
Solid understanding with CI/CD pipeline management platforms. E.g. GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc
Knowledge of scripting languages. E.g JavaScript, Python, Groovy, Bash.
Experience in Infrastructure as Code. Have successful cases in Ansible, Terraform or relevant tools.
Experience in monitoring and issue debugging using tools such as Splunk, Prometheus, NewRelics.
Experience in software development and infrastructure development is a plus.
Experience in container-based related technologies. E.g. Docker, Notary, Kubernetes, Cloud container functions.
Fluent English in both oral and writing is a must.
