Join us as a Platform Enablement Lead at Barclays, where you will be responsible for tracking, reporting and challenging the adoption, value realisation, and effective consumption of key platform capabilities across the organisation. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, insight, and reporting, ensuring platform roadmaps are clearly articulated, performance metrics are accessible and actionable, and governance and reporting frameworks are consistently understood and applied.
To be successful as a Platform Enablement Lead you should have:
Strategic thinker with strong data analytics skills, adept at solving complex problems and translating data trends into actionable insights. Skilled in aligning metrics with business goals and presenting clear, compelling narratives to senior stakeholders to influence decision-making.
Exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to manage senior stakeholders, foster strong relationships at all levels of the organisation and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, managing multiple priorities with a proactive, self-starting approach.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL to extract, analyse, and present data clearly.
Experience with Executive level interactions, and an understanding of the technology business. Ability to escalate, influence, and assert accountability to meet deadlines.
Understanding of financial principles and operational drivers to contextualise performance data.
