About the team
Our Integrated Marketing & Communications team in Malaysia leads the full spectrum of marketing strategy and execution — spanning brand campaigns, creator & influencer marketing, affiliate, livestream, and IP campaigns — to drive sustainable e-commerce growth for TikTok Shop across the market.
Responsibilities
Conceptualize end-to-end campaigns with the objective of driving platform growth and establishing top-of-mind awareness for both end users and sellers/creators, via:
- Ensure seamless campaign execution through high-quality stakeholder management, maintaining clear communication during campaign kick-off, real-time updates, and post-campaign analysis
- Identify key selling points tailored to campaign scale (e.g., Double Digit, Payday Sale, Mid-month campaign) aligned with shopping trends
- Ensure all necessary resources (creative assets, budget, app resource) are secured with strong record management
- Identify exclusive deals and offers to improve engagement and campaign Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) based on past campaign data
- Monitor campaign performance in real-time and make reactive strategy adjustments as needed
- Coordinate and conduct post-mortem campaign analysis
Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance campaign awareness through engaging content tailored for in-app and out-of-app platform users.
- End Users: Define overarching campaign messaging to maintain consistency across all content and channels.
- Sellers & Creators: Highlight benefits for sellers and creators to engage their respective audiences effectively.
- Support any additional marketing initiatives as required
- Implement innovations and continuously improve campaign performance and processes for future campaign improvement, based on insights and feedback gathered.
