The TikTok Shop Integrated Marketing team (IMC) crafts and executes integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across Indonesia. The team builds brand awareness, drives user engagement, and enhances the overall shopping experience. Whether it's launching innovative marketing campaigns, optimizing user interfaces, or crafting compelling narratives, the team's contributions are essential to TikTok Shop in Indonesia.
About the role
You will sit at the center of the platform ecosystem, partnering closely with Creator, Category, Livestream, Commercial, Product, and Operations teams to deliver high-impact campaigns that drive business growth across the marketplace
Lead High-Impact Platform Campaigns
- Own the planning, operations, and execution of TikTok Shop Indonesia’s major platform campaigns, including large-scale A-SS level mega campaigns.
- Act as the project lead to drive campaign goals, execution milestones, and overall project management from planning to post-campaign review.
- Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure successful campaign delivery and achievement of business targets.
Drive Long-Term Campaign Growth Strategy
- Develop long-term operational and growth strategies across key campaign pillars including Livestream, Short Video, and Category/Industry initiatives.
- Design innovative campaign mechanics and strategic playbooks to improve user engagement, creator participation, and platform performance.
- Build both short-term execution plans and long-term scalable frameworks through continuous optimization and iteration.
Cross-Functional Project Management & Optimization
- Drive end-to-end execution of campaign strategies and ensure strong alignment across multiple stakeholders and business teams.
- Coordinate resources effectively to ensure smooth campaign launches and operational excellence during peak campaign periods.
- Identify operational risks proactively and implement solutions to maintain campaign quality and efficiency.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis, derive actionable insights, and continuously improve future campaign performance.
