Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Platform Business Analyst to join our client's team.

We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional to support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of internal digital platforms. The successful candidate will act as the link between business and technical teams, ensuring platform enhancements, operational issues, and business requirements are effectively managed from initial investigation through to implementation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, analysing data, improving business processes, and working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve quickly. The Platform Business Analyst will contribute to platform efficiency by monitoring system performance, identifying trends, documenting business requirements, and supporting reporting improvements. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both commercial and technical stakeholders are essential.

The successful candidate will also play a key role in translating business needs into clear development tasks, validating solutions, and ensuring platform-related issues are resolved effectively. Responsibilities:

• 
  Gather and document business requirements for platform enhancements and process improvements.
• 
  Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate operational needs into clear development tasks and monitor progress.
• 
  Monitor platform performance, analyse system data, identify trends, and escalate issues when necessary.
• 
  Support reporting improvements by validating data, identifying gaps, and preparing analytical summaries for stakeholders.
• 
  Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, workflows, and platform operations.

Key Requirements:

• 
  EQF Level 5 qualification or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in a similar Business Analyst or Platform Analyst role.
• 
  Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Looker, Databricks, or similar platforms.
• 
  Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• 
  Ability to write clear business requirements, documentation, and stakeholder updates while managing multiple priorities.
• 
  Basic SQL knowledge or previous experience with third-party integrations will be considered an asset.
