About the Role
We are looking for a Platform Architect to lead the architecture, strategy, Security and evolution of KONE's Digital Workplace platform.
In this role, you will provide end-to-end architectural leadership across Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management, and Workplace Security. You will ensure that platform capabilities are secure, scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with business needs.
Working closely with platform teams, security, enterprise architecture, and business stakeholders, you will define the future vision, architecture principles, and technology roadmap for the Digital Workplace ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Platform Architecture & Strategy
Own the end-to-end architecture of the Digital Workplace platform.
Define target architectures, standards, and reference patterns.
Establish architectural guardrails that promote consistency, security, and scalability.
Drive platform modernization initiatives and technology roadmap planning.
Translate business and security requirements into practical architectural solutions.
Security & Compliance Architecture
Ensure platform architecture aligns with enterprise security and compliance requirements.
Guide the adoption of Zero Trust and modern workplace security principles.
Collaborate with security teams to define secure design patterns and standards.
Technology Leadership
Provide architectural leadership and technical direction to platform engineering teams.
Lead architecture reviews and major technology decisions.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend future platform innovations.
Mentor architects and senior engineers to strengthen architecture capabilities.
Stakeholder Management
Partner with platform owners, enterprise architects, security teams, and vendors.
Communicate architecture strategy and roadmap to leadership stakeholders.
Support investment planning and technology decision-making.
Platform Governance
Define architecture principles, standards, and lifecycle management practices.
Support licensing and platform optimization initiatives.
Drive consistency across workplace technologies and services.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience in enterprise platform architecture or solution architecture.
Strong experience in Digital Workplace technologies, including:
Microsoft 365
Endpoint Management
Workplace Security
Experience designing secure, scalable, global platforms.
Knowledge of modern identity, access management, and Zero Trust principles.
Strong understanding of cloud-first and hybrid architectures.
Ability to develop architecture standards, roadmaps, and governance practices.
Proven experience engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Strong communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
Nice to Have
Experience leading large-scale workplace transformations.
Familiarity with automation, AI-driven workplace services, and platform operations.
Relevant Microsoft certifications in Architecture, Security, or Modern Workplace technologies.
