  • Drive alignment between technology roadmaps and business objectives, outcomes, and constraints

  • Coordinate testing, acceptance, and production readiness for releases, ensuring appropriate governance and controls are met
  • Identify emerging market and technology trends and assess their impact on platform strategy and client-facing capabilities
  • Ensure delivery accountability across scope, timeline, and budget, escalating risks and trade-offs early and transparently

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver large, complex initiatives end-to-end with multiple stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of equity derivatives products and trading workflows

  • Comfort with basic scripting or coding (for example, Python) for analysis and investigation (not enterprise software development)
  • Strong execution discipline, including prioritization, dependency management, and delivery governance

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Front office experience in trading, structuring, or closely aligned roles
  • Experience building or managing high-performance electronic trading platforms (including performance optimization and resilience)
  • Exposure to regional market practices and stakeholder needs in Asia Pacific

  • Experience leading transformational change programs or platform modernization initiatives
