The Platform & AI Innovation Lead serves as the senior innovation catalyst and
strategic advisor for platform and AI capabilities within Globe B2B's PDE group. The role drives the identification, evaluation, and adoption of emerging platform
technologies and AI innovations — both to power Globe B2B's internal operations
and to develop AI-enabled products for enterprise customers. Working
horizontally across all PDE sub-groups and B2B divisions, the role builds
investment cases, champions AI adoption, and advances innovations from
ideation to business case. Designed to evolve into a dedicated innovation
practice as the mandate scales.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Platform & AI Innovation Strategy
● Define and maintain a forward-looking platform and AI innovation strategy aligned with Globe B2B's
commercial objectives
● Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with potential to create competitive advantage;
develop investment-ready business cases
● Maintain a multi-year technology roadmap spanning AI/ML, Cloud, 5G, Cybersecurity, BAS, IoT, and
Managed Network Services
● Provide strategic advisory to PDE leadership and B2B divisions on platform architecture direction and
AI capability priorities
AI Adoption & Enablement — Internal & Commercial
● Champion AI adoption across all PDE sub-groups and B2B internal teams — identify, prioritize, and
advance high-impact AI use cases
● Define the AI product strategy for B2B enterprise offerings — translating AI capabilities into
commercially viable products and services
● Work with Product Development and ICT PDE teams to embed AI into existing and new products;
develop AI adoption playbooks
● Track and report AI adoption progress, business impact, and ROI across internal and commercial
deployments
Innovation Pipeline & Co-Creation
● Build and manage an active innovation pipeline — from idea generation through POC to business
case and handoff to product teams
● Collaborate with PDE, CMG, and Business Solutions Consulting to surface unmet customer needs and
innovation opportunities
● Lead co-creation with technology partners, startups, and vendors to develop and validate new
platform and AI-driven capabilities
Partner Ecosystem & External Engagement
● Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic technology partners and AI vendors enhancing Globe B2B's
platform and AI capabilities
● Build relationships with hyperscalers, AI platform providers, startups, and system integrators to
support co-innovation
● Represent Globe B2B at industry forums and partner engagements; translate global trends into
actionable recommendations
REQUIREMENTS:
● Minimum 10–12 years in enterprise technology, platform strategy, AI product development, or
digital innovation — ideally within telecommunications, ICT, or technology consulting
● Demonstrated track record of driving technology adoption and innovation across complex
organizations without direct line authority
● Proven ability to translate technology capabilities into business value — including developing
investment-ready business cases for senior leadership
● Experience evaluating AI platforms, cloud ecosystems, and enterprise technology vendors; track
record of building strategic technology partner relationships
● Deep understanding of AI/ML applications in enterprise contexts — both as internal productivity
tools and as customer-facing products
● Strong grasp of platform architecture: cloud-native, API-first, microservices, and interoperability
standards
● Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, enterprise compliance, and responsible AI
principles
● Familiarity with Globe B2B product domains: Cloud, Cybersecurity, BAS, IoT, MNS
● Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology Management, or related field required;
advanced degree (MBA, MSc, or MEng) strongly preferred
● Certifications in cloud architecture, AI/ML platforms, or enterprise architecture are a strong
advantage
● Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes across multiple organizational levels without direct line
authority
