Descripción de puesto:
• Own end to end data management, modeling, and governance activities across Orgvue and Shibumi to ensure workforce and initiative data is accurate, secure, and decision ready.
• Design, structure, and maintain data models supporting workforce structures, talent decisions, organizational scenarios, and strategic initiative portfolios.
• Configure, administer, and support Orgvue platform components, including datasets, properties, calculations, lookup tables, workflows, scenarios, drafts, packs, and views.
• Build and maintain workflows to support org modeling, talent selection, implementation and OD progress tracking, and recurring data refresh and validation processes.
• Configure and manage Shibumi structures for enterprise initiatives, portfolios, hierarchies, KPIs, OKRs, milestones, and financial and non financial benefit tracking.
• Ensure enterprise level initiative and value tracking aligns with governance standards and transformation program requirements.
• Enable scenario analysis, status governance, and executive level visibility across workforce and transformation initiatives.
• Prepare and manage environments for testing, stabilization, and ongoing operational use.
• Configure and administer role based security and access controls across both platforms, ensuring appropriate visibility and edit rights based on role and data sensitivity.
• Govern access to highly confidential workforce, talent, and transformation data.
• Deliver leadership ready reporting and visualization through Orgvue views, Shibumi dashboards, roll ups, and structured executive outputs.
• Partner with HR, Transformation, Strategy, and PMO stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable platform configurations.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, traceability, auditability, and documentation across scenarios, time horizons, and reporting cycles.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve data structures, workflows, governance, and platform efficiency to strengthen enterprise decision making.
