This position is responsible for operating computer-to-plate (CTP) systems, Attiro CleanOut Units/Processors, and Nela Bending equipment in support of daily print production of The Boston Globe. The role requires strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, effective interdepartmental communication, and the ability to inspect printing plates for defects while maintaining equipment to established standards. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

This position is a union position covered by a collective bargaining agreement with the Graphic Communications Conference, an affiliate of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters.
The hourly rate for this position is $33.57.
